Placed in front of the villa is a private lagoon-like infinity swimming pool, next to a large wooden shaded pergola and a private Jacuzzi in veranda at the top level of the unit.

On the back of the villa a beautiful dining area + traditional wood fire BBQ offers the perfect entertaining area and in the lower level you can find an open air gym.

Serenity and the sister-villa Felicity are two stone-built exclusive properties constructed in 2011.

The two luxurious villas distinguish themselves for their unique design, the quiet location and the possibility to be rented together for large groups while still granting privacy one from the other.

A private path leads in 5 minutes directly to the beach. The 4.500 sq.m. private land of the properties, located on a dead-end small street, is offering a peaceful surrounding.

KINDLY NOTE:

The last section of the access road (800 metres) to this property is on a winding unsurfaced road.
As a result of its hillside location, there are some drops and low walls around the terrace and pool area. Small children will need constant supervision.
