The property comprises of 2 levels. The upper level features the main unit and main (pool) outdoor area. The main unit has 2 floors. The ground floor hosts the main living room and kitchen areas, which both open to the pool area, and a large en suite double bedroom. The upper floor hosts 2 en suite large double bedrooms which share a veranda. All spaces in this unit enjoy unobstructed sea views.
 

The outdoor area right outside of the main unit (ground level) features the Infinity swimming pool and main outdoor sitting and dining areas with a BBQ and food preparation area. A stairway on the left of the outdoor area leads to the lower level of the property which hosts 2 guest rooms, which share a veranda with a sea view, and the staff room.
 

On the left of the main outdoor area, there is a second smaller stairway which leads to another guest room. All guest rooms and the staff room have independent entrances.
