The impressive and lavish villa is situated on the ridge almost on top of exclusive Agios Lazaros area, offering spectacular sea view from sunrise to sunset. While beaches, Mykonos town and parties are just minutes away, you can enjoy the Villa’s luxurious facilities in total quietness.

The villa can welcome large groups of up to 20 + 4 guests in 8 beautifully furnished bedrooms, all of course with their own bathroom. The generous outdoor space offers a large infinity pool with lounge and separate bathroom, a fantastic and fully equipped outdoor kitchen with fireplace and large dining area and bar, a smaller dining area with fireplace and many hide-aways to enjoy private moments.

Layout of the property

The property, 90m above the aegean sea on a 1800m2 west-exposed plot, consists of a 3 story main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 adjacent buildings with another 5 bedrooms with separate entrances. The entire property has been renovated in 2019/2020.

The outdoor area offers many places to socialize but also to privately relax, and kids love the many possibilities to run through the garden. Main features are a beautiful garden, a large infinity pool, many terrasses and hide-aways, as well as our ‚restaurant‘. From any place of the property, be it on the frontside or backside of the villa, you have spectacular views over the aegean sea. Depending on the weather you can see Siros, Serifos, Sifnos, Paros, Naxos and of course Delos and Rinia.
