The main house has 2 levels. The ground level (pool level) includes the living and dining room, the open plan kitchen, the guest WC and 1 en suite double bedroom and 1 en suite twin bedroom. The first level hosts the master suite which opens to a private terrace with Jacuzzi (which can be also accessed from the pool area) and a second double en suite bedroom. At the lower level of the property, there are 2 guest rooms with separate entrances and kitchenettes (property view).

Main House

Ground level (pool level):

• Master suite (34 m2) with private terrace with Jacuzzi and outdoor lounge with sea view
• 1 en suite double bedroom (25 m2) with sea/property view

Independent guest rooms (lower level of the property, outside of the main house)

• Guest room 1 (33 m2): en suite double bedroom with kitchenette and private patio/sitting area (independent access) with property view
• Guest room 2 (23 m2): en suite french double bedroom with kitchenette (independent access) with property view

Outdoor area (ground level)

• Infinity pool with grass (artificial) area
• Multiple sitting/lounge areas
• Dining area for up to 14 persons
• Pool bar area with BBQ
