The Villa is a gem of Mykonian modern luxury architecture, ideal for those who love calmness and elegant simplicity.
 

In a private location, just five minutes from Ftelia beach (considered the best beach for Kitesurfing) and seven minutes’ drive from the traditional village of Ano Mera one feels the soothing sensation of infinite views as the summer unfolds at its best. It faces the beautiful sandy beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis. The South beaches are in very close proximity, around ten minutes’ drive.

The complex can be split in two parts:
 

Villa 1 with 6/7 bedrooms, sleeping 14 (plus 3 sofas) and a big 5x12 meter infinity pool. Huge lounge area, big kitchen near pool with big cooking island and table for 18, separate toilett and outdoor shower, Outdoor amphitheater and much more.
 

Villa 2 with 2/3 bedrooms sleeping 4 / 6 (plus 1 mobile bed) with a small 3x6 plunge pool
 

Both villas have ample outdoor space, lounge areas, kitchen facilities. All rooms have full unobstructed seasview.
